Parents,

If your scout plans to participate in the Pre-Klondike Campout please complete the permission form by January 20th.  You can access it here:  http://goo.gl/forms/aN7L25lA0C

WHO CAN ENTER:  

• Scouts who are registered, active members of a Boy or Girl Scout Troop, Venturing Crew, or a Sea Scout Ship who have received the Eagle Scout Award, Girl Scout Gold Award, Venture Summit Award or Sea Scout Quartermaster Award.
• Scouts must be 15 years of age and have demonstrated practical citizenship in school, scouting and the community.
• Scouts must be enrolled in high school at the time of selection.

 Note: All applicants still in high school who reach their 18th birthday during the nomination year remain eligible if otherwise qualified.  

Scouts and Scout Families,

  The Annual Scouting Sunday Celebration will be held on 14 Feb at the the 10:00 Service at BPC.  Sign up for the event is now open.

Scouts and Adults,

  The Good Idea Folder is now under the File link on the Menu tab.  The ground rules are as follows:

1. Anyone can offer a good idea
2. Keep the ideas anonymous, a good idea stands on its own merit, not who submitted it.
3. If you can't upload the files, email the idea to me (Mr. C) and I will upload it.
4. At the monthly PLC Meeting the Leadership Team will review the folder and vote on each idea and whether to move forward with it.

We have one Webelo crossing over from Pack 114 on Saturday 9 January and will need at least two scouts to welcome him to Troop 414.  Please see Mr. Trent for details, sign up registration is open.

We currently expect 5 Webelos from Pack 5 to crossover to Troop 414.  We need scouts to attend the crossover ceremony on Friday January 8th to receive them into our troop.  Please sign up here so we know how many scouts we will make it.
